Healthy and Affordable meals for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner!



Yields 12 servings 1.25 for 1 serving   Step 1 Empty one packet of Best Yet Original Instant Oatmeal Step 2 Add 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir in oats Step 3 Add one heaping tbsp of strawberry jam and mix into oatmeal Step 4 3/4 of banana for topping


Yields 5 servings $2.45 for 1 serving  Step 1 Start boiling enough water so that it covers the pasta, season with salt and olive oil Step 2 Start by heating up a frying pan and put in a drizzle of olive oil then cube your eggplant and saute, just enough for a topping Step 3 Once the pasta is al dente strain the pasta water and then transfer your pasta back in the pot you used to boil and add tomato sauce, mix Step 4 Transfer your pasta back into a dish and then add your eggplant you made and add cubed mozzarella.



 Yields 5 servings $1.31 for 1 serving Step 1 Pour a box of garlic and herb rice into a microwavable dish, then add the garlic and herb seasoning mix packet Step 2 Open the can of steak and potato soup and then transfer into a relatively small pot. Heat up until you get a nice simmer/boil going and turn of heat Step 3 Put the rice into the microwave with 2 1/2 cups of water for 20-25 minutes Step 4 Strain the soup just so their is still a little bit of liquid with the meat and potatoes but also so its not a soup any more. Scoop the rice into your dish of choice and then top with the Steak and Potatoes.
